Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Today we meditate on the gift of understanding

and the Beatitude, blessed, all the pure of heart

as we are preparing for the Feast of Pentecost.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

We begin our meditation on the gift of understanding

by first reflecting on revelation in faith.

Revelation is one of the reflecting on revelation in faith.

Revelation is one of the three basic ways to know the truth. The first is observation, experience, and the scientific method.

When we exhaust that, we move... experience in the scientific method.

When we exhaust that, we move to reason,

thinking through something logically.

But we can only know so much through science and reason. There's a third way to know the truth.

Revelation, what God reveals to us. And God is revealed to us things we could not know through science and reason, things that go past

science and reason that we need to know to be happy and reach our full

potential.

Jesus reveals the most important, the answers to the most important questions in life.

Questions about the origin of the world, the meaning of life, the cause of evil, and the purpose of suffering,

and what awaits us after death.

We know that what Jesus has revealed is true because Jesus is God and we know that he's God because he rose from the dead.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it would be your name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
