Summary

Every single human on the face of the planet has experienced anxiety at one time or another. Many of us struggle with it on a regular basis, including me. I thought it was about time we all got some professional help! My guest today is a licensed mental health counselor and even more importantly, he is a Believer. Science (originating with God) and faith are interwoven, but when those can be applied to practical life and equip us to more effectively walk out our God-given ministries (specifically our ministry at home), it's an incredibly powerful and beautiful thing!
