It's hosted by journalist Rebecca Nagel, and this season she investigates who is attempting

to take down a law that aims to keep Native American foster and adoptive children with Native

American communities and why those people are doing it.

So in this most recent lawsuit, the actual legal argument is that it's unfair to the white

foster and adoptive parents because it puts them last in line.
