I'm your host, Jason Staples.

We're going to be doing a special post-national signing day podcast today,

looking at both what Florida State landed,

the two players of Florida State landed on National Signing Day,

sort of how the day went as a whole, and then what Florida State brought in as a whole in the class and how that sort of fits in the larger scheme of things.

It's going to be a few podcasts on this before we get to spring practice.

Next couple of weeks, I'm going to be breaking down some of the key,

key players in this class talking about what I look for and what the Florida State

coaching staff looks for in these kinds of positions in, in prospects at the positions that

they landed players. We're going to be doing that over the course of the next couple of weeks.

So this is going to be a bit more of a big picture podcast looking at how basically this class is going to fit in Jimbo Fisher's plans moving forward and where this sets Florida State for the next couple years.

First things first, I think

it's very important, and I know others have mentioned this as well. It's always important

to remember that National Signing Day, the players that you land on National Signing Day get

extra attention, they get extra value because of recency bias among fans and so on.
