This is your host, Jason Staples, here with a quick preview of the Florida State, Michigan

Orange Bowl, just in time for a little bit of morning listening or listening during a break on Friday before the game on Friday night.

Plenty to talk about in this game, two Blue Blood programs.

This is, I think, even if you're not a fan of these two teams, the most appealing bowl

matchup outside the college football playoff.

Just interesting characters, Jimbo Fisher, Harbaugh, two of the best programs in college

football, two of the richest traditions, two of the most talented rosters, and really

an interesting matchup of a team that may have been the best team in the country early in the

year, Michigan, with the team that really improved over the course of the year with Florida

State, a team that is one of the most experienced, probably the most experienced and seasoned teams in

the Power 5 conference play in Michigan, 43 seniors, 10 seniors on defense plus a junior who's

likely to go pro, so they're going to have to replace all 11 starters on their defense next year.

And it's going to be an interesting matchup between that experience and all of Florida State's talent,

which is obviously not nearly as experienced Florida State with only nine seniors on their roster.

So very, very different kind of matchup in that regard.

It's experience versus young talent.
