So getting back to it.

Actually, one other thing that I was part of the discussion, part of the discussion in the first half, or I guess the last episode now, has to do with Jimbo Fisher's process approach and his long term thinking, his long term approach to program maintenance and such.

And that actually is, that brings up another point that I didn't get into in that episode.

And that's that when Fisher brings in such a process-heavy approach and such an emphasis on doing things the right way and making sure that the culture is protected and making

sure that players have to earn what they what they get and all these other things.
