Lots of things to talk about today.

Going to be forcing a couple things together into one podcast.

It's been a busy election week.

But we're going to be covering both the NC State win, the narrow win in Carter Finley Stadium in Raleigh, a place that has not been very friendly to Florida State.

And ugly wins are always better than any type of loss.

So Florida State escapes on that one.

We'll also preview the Boston College game in the second part of this show. Not going to do too much here. Just evaluate

a little bit of what we saw and discuss sort of where things are headed from here. So go

and start on the North Carolina State game.

One of the things that stuck out to me in that game was how much better the offensive line played than they played against the Clemson defensive line,

which to some degree is a result of NC State not having as good a defensive line.

I mean, they didn't have a Christian Wilkins out there or a true freshman freak of a player

like Dexter Lawrence, but they've got a very, very good defensive line.

And Florida State's offensive line basically held their own and protected, both protected

in the passing game and opened up holes in the running game, though North Carolina State

went eight men and nine men fronts so much that Florida State wasn't able to hit any bigger
