I had a really great experience working with coach Liz. I had done another coaching program for over a year,

0:09.4

and while it helped me with the fundamentals, it did not teach me the art of maintenance. With Liz,

I had a good foundation in place with exercise and tracking while we worked to see what my body would

respond to. I ended up losing more weight, seeing a size 12 for the first time since my mid-20s.

1:24.1

Liz supported me as I made my way through it all.

1:27.1

And despite the stress, the holidays, the travel, all of it, Liz supported me as I made my way through it all, and despite the stress, the holidays, the

1:29.4

travel, all of it, I continued to make progress. And I learned to celebrate the progress or all the

1:37.3

ways I had succeeded each week. This past spring, we dove into maintenance, learning slowly what

1:42.9

works best for my body.

1:51.8

Liz was always there answering all of my questions as always, and I currently feel great where I'm at and what I've learned.

While I'm sad, our coaching time together is over.
