Summary

Former Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney and National Review Contributing Editor Andy McCarthy is in for Jim today, and he and Greg serve up three lousy martinis.

First, they roll their eyes as the United Nations' irrelevant International Court of Justice orders Israel to stop committing acts of genocide in Gaza, must allow aid to flow in, and must not destroy evidence of alleged genocide. The court did not demand an immediate ceasefire, which South Africa had requested.

They also groan as President Biden suspends liquefied natural gas exports to certain nations due to climate change concerns. Andy explains how this is a major giveaway to Russia and they both shake their heads over how Biden appears to be caving to environmental activists in pretending that natural gas is bad for the planet.

Finally, they get a kick out of a Yale University law professor arguing that the self-described originalists on the Supreme Court must boot Donald Trump from the ballot or they will be hypocrites and...of course...the legitimacy of the Supreme Court will be damaged.
