Good morning, everyone, happy Thursday. Welcome to Inklings. So excited for this morning.

Let me tell you where we're going to be. We are in Elder Suarez's talk, which is aligning our will with his. That's what we're talking about today. And we are also going to be

in the Old Testament. So you'll want your Old Testament. then Elder Sforis' talk.

Aligning our will with his is what we're going to be talking about today.

And you just skip me today.

So that will be fun.

And I want to actually start out in the Old Testament.

So we're going to go to the book of Genesis

and we're just going to see what we learn from

from the story of Abraham, Abraham's life.

So before we dive into the scriptures,

I just want to think about this topic for a minute because it's kind of as a tricky topic.

Like it's one that we hear a lot about aligning our will with gods, but then also I don't know if that's hard for anyone else but me.

And I want to think about for a minute, why.

Why is it hard? And like, if I look in my life, there are a couple, there are a couple, like,

learnings that have happened over time. I think my first learning with God's will, the concept of God's will,

or like turning my life over to God's will. When I was young, I feel like you would hear people
