in offensive. I welcome George Friedman, the founder and chairman of Geopolitical Futures,

George, the word escalation, dominates that those series of headlines from

you from the Bloomberg about the Ukraine war. I'm immediately reminded as soon as I heard about

the damn incident of the damn busters Operation Chastise 1943 May, almost exactly 80 years ago,

when 24 Lancaster RAF bombers carrying a specially built bomb, a barrel-shaped bomb,

flew in at 60, 80 feet over the roar reservoirs and dropped the bombs to breach two dams that

flooded the lower lower, a roar valley and damaged the German war effort for a time.

They were heroes then. They've been heroes ever since. That was a weapon of war to take out the

German ability to create the mines and the raw materials for making weapons. This is being

declared an eco-side in the 21st century. How do you regard it, George? Is this a weapon of war

that Russia always had in its pocket? Good evening, too. Well, I mean, this is war and you try

to defeat your enemy. We're used to in a strange way Vietnam. Vietnam was all about escalation,

the belief that if we'd be paying a little greater, the North Vietnamese would give in, never did.
