I welcome Katrina Vandenhove, the editorial director,

Katrina is the Secretary of State Anthony Blinkin has arrived in the region

yet again meeting with dignitaries in Saudi Arabia.

This is about the US strikes against the Huthies in North Yemen

and against Iranian-backed militias in Iraq, we're told.

The strikes ongoing, there's been three rounds so far.

A fourth is promised momentarily, if not underway now.

I mention that because it's accompanying the story of Ukraine, which has been a year and a half

in development and looks now to be very odd, strange, as in unstable.
