They have the icebreakersers, they have training

base in the Arctic now, they've had combat soldiers there for some time. So it's a

Well, the new map. The strength is in the Baltic for sure, John.

If you looked at the Soviet Union and the Cold War and you looked at the Baltic Sea,

the memory of course that the Sonia, Latvia, Lithuania were more part of the Soviet Union.

Poland was in the Warsaw Pact, Belarus was part of the Soviet Union.

You would look at that map and also realize Sweden and Finland were neutral and you would say the Baltic Sea is basically a Soviet Warsaw Pact controlled lake.
