Slovakian Prime Minister, who was a previous Slovakian Prime Minister, Ficio, has expressed

admiration for Russia and reluctance to continue in the contest in Ukraine. We have dissenting

voices in Poland. We have dissenting voices in Germany, especially a rising party that's

based entirely on anti-migrant sentiments, but is no friend of NATO or the United States.

And we have dissent in the U.S. Congress, which is now disordered, following procedures

to do with the Speaker of the House. But before that, the Congress had passed a budget

of continuing resolution. These are strange terms that I use without meaning to offend you.

It's just that I'm following the script here. It's all meaning that Congress doesn't want to

provide the money. The administration is asking to replenish the U.S. arsenal for the weapons

that are present to Ukraine. Jeff, I hope I say that correctly, with the weapons are going to
