which is the romancing of the global south by all contestants, NATO and Russia.

I start with Russia because of recent events in Moscow, the so-called Africa Summit.

to comment on the Africa Summit because this comes following the decision to end the grain deal as it was

Some African leaders arrived in Russia for a summit with President Putin as he seeks allies amid the fighting in Ukraine.
