This is CBSI on the World. I'm John Bachelors, Dateline AP, Keith Ukraine,

the head of the UN's atomic watchdog agency, condemned a drone strike on one

of six nuclear reactors at the Russian controlled Zapparezian Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine, saying such attacks significantly increased

the risk of a major nuclear accident.

That is Mr. Grocy, Raphael Groi, head of the IAEA, who is very familiar with Zapparisha, the largest

nuclear power plant in all of Europe, six container vessels, one of them now functioning in order to keep the lights on, etc.

Russian dominated and earlier there was the allegation by the Russian media that Ukraine had attacked Zappareia in some fashion,

drones or missiles, and that Russia was concerned about this escalation.

At the same time I mentioned Greenpeace, which is not participating to my knowledge in the war fighting but has an opinion.

Rejects the Russian explanation for the attack and says it was most likely

Russia that did it, not Ukraine.

Henry and I have discussed apparition for more than a year, perhaps two years.

It is in Russian control. It is not sensible that Russia would attack its own nuclear

power plant. So this whole story suggests that there is unfinished business here. We've concerned ourselves with the general

understanding nuclear power plants in a combat zone are dangerous to

everyone for some time. Zapparisha has held up but it's had a number of moments

when it could have lost its water for the container vessels, it could have

lost this electricity, for the container vessels,

it could have had the containment vessel

penetrated by attack. These missiles and drones are not well directed.
