welcoming Professor H.J. Mackener, International Relations, to comment on six

capitals and six points of view in the Ukraine conflict which is turning into

geopolitical reorganizing the furniture for the 21st century. Some call them

blocks, some call them areas of interest, regions of interest, interest alone.

However, right now we have a contest between what appears to be the Russian

Federation. It's ally China, the People's Republic of China, and what appears to

be NATO. Not so says the Kremlin most recently. I go to the financial times

headline in these last hours. Vladimir Putin's new doctrine calls US main source

of threat to Russian security, the first paragraph. The Kremlin has adopted a

new foreign policy doctrine which identifies the US as the quote main source of

threats end quote to Russian security describing Russia as a quote

distinctive state civilization with a quote unique historical mission.

Professor, a very good evening to you. Moscow's point of view at this point

wants to identify the US as the driver of the disruption in Eurasia. How do you

measure Moscow now after all these very strange decisions that have been made

about mobilization, about assaulting back mode, about throwing missiles against

the infrastructure, and now they claim the US did it. Good evening to you.
