Russia has now followed through on remarks made some weeks ago by Vladimir Putin.

And there is a photograph accompanying the Reuters report of Defense Minister Shoygode

shaking hands with the Belarusian Defense Minister.

And there's smiling on their face this dated May 25th.

The tactical nukes move to Belarus.

Again, it's called a nuclear saber.

Is there reason to believe that this is different this time?

It's been a long time since any nuclear weapons state deployed their nuclear weapons in a country

that doesn't have them.

We stopped doing that a good long time ago.

I mean, we still have weapons in NATO.

But this is a new state in nation that the Belarus and it doesn't have a good weapon.

So it's not worthy.
