Before we get to Mr. Putin's visit, let's frame it by saying that I believe, although we don't have rock-solved reporting, that Moscow is certainly not about to lose this war,

and that they are preparing a new win-the-war offensive.

Some people are saying that's going to come in the 24th of this month or at some point, but there are information coming in that suggests that they see themselves as the ultimate victors.

But if Russia is going to do that, she's going to need more material and supplies and possibly soldiers than she has.

She needs allies. She needs material.

And if she's short on either of these, then she needs some kind of Hitler.

There was a very fanaties in Germany, as the war was ending about the so-called Wunderwaffen, the Wunderweapons, or whatever it's all about.

And the Germans could have done it. They could have, if they'd been better organized, developed a whole class of weapons that were better than anything that the allies had.
