So I welcome Professor H.J. McInder,

generous to comment on six capital, six points of view

in Ukraine conflict.

In mid-winter, it is a mild winter in Europe.

It is a mild winter north American.

We will speak of these matters.

But we begin in Moscow, where there has been snow,

not as much as usual.

The skiing is adequate, but not as much as usual.

The mild winter extends into the Russian Federation as well.

Importantly, Moscow is making announcements

about reorganizing the army.

Gorassimov, the General in Chief, is now in charge,

not only of the whole army, but also of Ukraine conflict.

We're also told from Moscow, this is a Kremlin's point of view,

that the industrial base will be reawakened,

despite the sanctions, regardless of the sanctions.

And there's plenty of information flowing

that the Russian sanctions regime are not working completely.
