in Ukraine conflict. It's a Ukrainian war. It's a European war. It's a global North war.

It's a world war. And we're following these capitals as they weigh in on the circumstances,

not only in Donbass, but through all of Europe, the recovery from the pandemic, the supply

chain, the doubts about recession, the low interest rates being hiked by the ECB, by the

Bank of England, by the Federal Reserve. And now we go to DC itself because there's a

fresh story that is difficult to measure at this point. And that is documents found

at the President's House when he was Vice President. Apparently, these documents tie

to the late stages of the Obama administration. That would be 2009 to 2017. We don't have

a full accounting. We do have what is worse than anything, a drip, drip, drip of revelations

of documents found November of 2022. And now within hours of this day in 2023, found

by the President's lawyers, aides, assistants, not by the FBI, not by the Department of

Justice. Lots of questions about protocols. However, Washington loves a scandal. And this

time of year, with Congress for the moment, dulled before the Republicans come back and

start investigations, this kind of scandal, the drip, drip, drip of this scandal feeds
