Responsible Statecraft.

Anatole is traveling.

He's in Istanbul at the moment, but we're looking to

London where the new Prime Minister Kirstarma welcomed a number of a

variety of leaders. Mr. McCrone was there, Ms. Maloney was there, the other leaders of the EU to

London and the King arrived in his Cochin Four, well actually it's a very large limousine and greeted everybody

with huge smiles on their faces it was a wonderful experience suggesting foreign

policy is something that Mr Star Starmer enjoys. He's got a new

foreign secretary, David Lammy. And he gives me a term that I ask Anatole's help on

for a few minutes. I'm sure we'll be talking about it again.

Mr. Lamme writes in Progressive realism and foreign affairs,

Progressive realism advocates using realist means to pursue progressive ends.

And then he goes on to say we have to have the logic of realism.

How do we interpret this right away Anatole?

Well I mean basic this this is the policy of Britain for many years, which is essentially

to follow the United States while attempting to play the role, to appear to play the role of great power of the world stage.

What is different from the last Conservative administration is that

Starmer, you know, is really anxious without me joining the European Union,

really just frankly cooperation with the EU and European countries, especially in the security field.

And given the uncertainty now about the future of American policy, the European countries are very anxious to bring Britain back into its fault.

Although the thing is that, although Britain, you know, the problem is that the European Armed Forces in general are so pathetic
