I can't wait to do this post show.

I've got a great night's sleep and I'm so excited here on this Sunday afternoon,

which Sundays at one.

This is the time slot that post wrestling owns when it comes to MMA coverage.

Sundays at one, is there is there anything else you would rather be doing, Eric?

I mean, for me, it's an odd time, but for yourself on a weekend like this,

I mean, it's really the lone period in which you don't have to be covering something or another.

There aren't really any free weekends anymore.

Are there there always just jam packed with everything?

Absolutely not. There is nothing, there's no such thing as a free weekend anymore and I can

stay. Listen, I know there is the immediacy of doing these shows right afterwards, but man,

last night I was fully mentally, I was ready for five rounds of John Jones and Cyril

gone and I was completely fine with it because the idea of doing an hour show after that

and then another like half hour, 45 minutes of uploading it, I'm sorry folks, I've got a birthday

coming up. The numbers are just getting higher and John Pollock is getting old. I just can't do it.

Eric, you are the youth, but man, those those post shows with Phil that would go till three in the

morning, I'm sorry, I think those took at least months off my life. I can relate. Some of those

were rough on me as well, but you know, hey, one in the afternoon, this is a beautiful time for

almost everybody. That is right. We're going to be chatting a lot about John Jones on this show.
