Summary

The truth is in life, turmoil, chaos, setbacks and challenges are inevitable. We're all going to be blindsided by things like health crises or heartbreak. Things pop up all around us, especially when you're striving to go further and achieve more. And at the end of the day, that's the beauty of freewill.

In every moment, we have two choices: to rise up, or to crumble. Push through, or get taken under. Play the victim, or be the hero. It's these moments of decision that become our story. We set the stage for what comes next. Each and every one of us has the opportunity to rise up and handle more than we ever thought we were capable of. It's just a matter of deciding you're ready.

1:42.7	is that at the end of the day, that's the beauty of free will. That's the beauty of the lives that
1:49.3	we live. And it's the opportunity that we all have as human beings to tap into our magical,
1:56.8	mysterious, and miraculous human potential. We are capable of handling more than our minds can
