Reuters is reporting that Justice Department is looking into whether Tesla committed

Wire and Securities Fraud.

Reuters says the investigation is focused on whether Tesla misled consumers about its driver assistance systems.

CEO Elon Musk has suggested the cars can drive themselves.

A new report from an independent law firm says big changes are needed at the

FDIC to address widespread allegations of sexual harassment and

discrimination. The report says more than 500 people contacted a hotline, women in an FDIC field office said their supervisor

routinely talked about their breasts and legs.

In the failed cryptocurrency exchange FTX has unveiled an amended reorganization plan that would give small

investors all their money back plus interest still has to be approved by a bankruptcy court.
