Welcome back to the regular edition of the unofficial 40 after a little bit of a break from normal last week.

Now we've got the entire gang back at it Josh is no longer on the road he was in

Oklahoma last week we'll talk a little bit about that kind of get a recap from

him on that but obviously a really big weekend coming up expected for the Sooners is the elite 11 is going on right now

Just outside of Nashville and of course Caleb Williams the player that everybody has an eye on coming up this weekend but first off let's just welcome in the entire crew Josh McQuiston joins us as he's back off the road and no doubt

Yeah, you know as I broke the news today I was today

today I was today years old when I swallowed my first plastic hair tie so that's exciting.

You know I'm real concerned with how that's gonna go down and it was it was one of those swallows where like it was in my throat

I'm like can I cough this up or am I gonna have to go the other way with it? So I tried the cough and there was no action so it's coming out the other end.
