Bitcoin rose and stock index futures surged early Thursday after the U.S. Court of International

Trade declared President Donald Trump's broad-based terrorist regime invalid.

The positive sentiment was buoyed by AI giant Navidia's upbeat earnings, but on-chain data

showed large wallets, those holding over 10,000 BTC, have shifted to selling from buying,

as the largest cryptocurrency holds close to its record high,

with an increase in exchange deposits also pointing to selling pressure.

In traditional markets, some investment banks said Trump has other tools to sidestep the court ruling on tariffs.

Yields on the longer duration treasury notes ticked higher, suggesting dollar strength.

Pakistan's government announcing at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas the establishment of a strategic

Bitcoin reserve inspired by the U.S. initiative to hold bitcoins from forfeitures.

Pakistan's Minister of State for Blockchain saying the country will not sell its Bitcoin

holdings and will treat them as a long-term asset.

Additionally, the country will allocate 2,000 megawatts of electricity to support Bitcoin mining and AI data centers,

inviting global miners and infrastructure players to participate.

This move aims to integrate Pakistan into the crypto industry addressing economic challenges like the 100 million unbanked

population, tokenizing assets and developing digital IDs to foster financial inclusion and

innovation. Finally, New York City Mayor Eric Adams calling for the elimination of the NYDFS's

Bit License, urging crypto businesses to return to the city to foster a free flow of Bitcoin in

Las Vegas. He also proposed a BitBond, a municipal bond backed by Bitcoin to raise capital and
