It's Monday night, you're watching Tisky Sour and we have four massive stories for you this evening.

0:10.3

Our main story, which we'll be talking about, but quite a large part of the show,

0:14.6

is Priti Patel's brutal plan to begin deporting people to Rwanda from tomorrow.

0:20.1

There have been some defeats in the court for those wanting to stop those flights,

0:24.4

but we've also seen an eruption of action on the street.

1:20.9

This was the summing up. In any event, we agree with the judge that applications for entry

1:26.5

and relief in this context must be considered on an individual basis and not a generic basis.

1:33.2

Otherwise, the respondent could be prevented from implementing her policy or removal,

1:38.0

even in a case in which there is no legal defect in the individual decision-making process.

1:43.7

At all, turn to the fundamental point in this case, which turns on how the judge dealt with

1:49.5

the balance of convenience. In our judgment, he conducted that balancing exercise properly.
