Hello friends, welcome to the podcast. I hope your day is treating you well. I am spending this

0:06.2

quarter writing my book, which means that we are posting a few of my personal favorite episodes

0:11.6

from the last year. This episode originally aired earlier this year, but I'm wondering if you

0:17.4

got a chance to listen to it. If you're interested in the book, you can be one of the first people to

0:22.0

know when it goes live by signing up for our newsletter list at clubinneagram.com. For now,

0:29.7

thanks for being here and let's get into the episode. I am Sarah Jane Case and this is

0:38.6

Anya Graham and Coffee. So today we are diving into how our type pattern may impact our beliefs

0:49.1

around morality and kindness, but first today's Rosebud and Thorn. So my rose today is really

1:17.4

I just got a new computer right at the end of 2020 because TANX is. It was by like my big purchases

1:26.0

1:31.1

the clickers on this guy are just so good. The little click sounds. If they annoy you, then

1:40.5

just close your ears for a second because I'm going to make some click sounds for you.

1:44.8

This was not planned.

1:45.8

Good, right? It's good. Okay. Number two, the Thorn for today is I'm in what we call a sprint

1:58.1

season. And when we talk about work life balance, I like to talk about how it's a long game. It's

2:05.4

not something that you're going to do just day to day is not going to be perfectly balanced,

2:10.0

but over the course of a year maybe you have a pretty balanced year. So some seasons are pretty

2:14.3

intense. So you're working like really, really hard so that you can rest a little bit later.

2:21.2

I'm in a sprint season. And honestly the first quarter of this year is a sprint season for me.
