the cliff north version I'm an entrepreneur first and a friend of mine back in 2002,

October of 2002, his wife and his girlfriend, now wife, were going to school to become

real estate agents. And the guy that normally taught the class was absent and the substitute

that replaced him that particular night talked about creative ways

of doing real estate with no money down.
