1:01.0	Hi Mandy, how are you? I'm doing great. I'm happy to be back in Florida where I belong.
1:07.0	Yeah, good. I'm glad. Glad to have you. Florida looks good on you.
1:12.0	Yeah, I think I actually brought some cooler weather with me. It was so nice today, but I think that was going to be the end of it.
1:20.0	So tomorrow we are back to 80 degree weather and that is more characteristically Florida.
1:26.0	I know, but we all got our sweaters and today and boots and just whatever we could to just really live it up today.
1:31.0	It was a nice run. Yeah, it was nice. Yeah, I was out of the house all day and everybody I saw had on like boots up to their knees and scarves and it really wasn't even that cold.
1:41.0	But it was actually beautiful outside, but you take advantage of it when you live here, whatever you can get.
