We're focusing on Europe now because it's been a year and a half, and Russia is a threat

I think that the emotional part of the European reaction, which in many ways is the most important,

the European states are rich, they're not particularly capable militarily, but they're

certainly capable of providing money and weapons supplies and economic aid to Ukraine.
