Special Counsel Robert Hur will not file charges related to the mishandling of classified documents at two locations associated with President Joe Biden.

That's according to the Wall Street Journal and a report on Thursday.

Her and his investigative team are currently in the process of assembling a comprehensive report

summarizing their year-long inquiry.

A forthcoming report is projected to include critical assessments of Biden and his staff

concerning their handling of sensitive materials, but charges will not be brought.

It's anticipated that the final report will provide extensive details regarding the findings

of the special counsel's investigation. Federal jury on Thursday in Washington decided Utah left-wing

activist John Earl Sullivan didn't just document the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6th of 2021.

He was an active participant, according to the jury.

The jury convicted Sullivan on all seven counts, includes three charges related to carrying a weapon, a knife,

and courts accusing him of interrupting Congress as it voted to certify the U.S. presidential election.

The judge ordered that Sullivan be held in custody while he awaits sentencing.

Sullivan testified in his own defense, and he's maintained that he went to the Capitol

because he believed there would be a violent effort to stop the certification, and he wanted to film the altercations.

Court records say he sold his video footage to news outlets for $90,000.

But the prosecution used Sullivan's own videos and words against him.

He was heard on recordings encouraging the mob at one point telling rioters,

I have a knife, I have a knife, let me up.
