0:40.9	Shouldn't we allow anyone who wants to get monkeypox vaccine? Yes, yeah. I mean, I would say yes,
0:47.5	and I think the challenge is making that available, and I think we need to have a plan in place
0:52.5	that makes that available. It's a little disturbing, and yes, I am going to start by mentioning a
0:59.0	little bit about monkeypox on our this week in virology clinical update, but let me get right into it,

1:36.9	outside of Africa. I want to make that comment outside of Africa because we're going to get back
1:40.7	to that. The US is, of course, leading a quarter of those, about 5,000 confirmed cases here in the US,
1:47.1	over 1,200 here in New York, and the number of diagnosis is rising each day. We'll talk a little bit
1:57.1	about that. Monkeypox tracker, the New York City monkeypox data will leave links in our show notes,
2:06.4	but here the big news with regard to monkeypox if those numbers weren't big enough. For the
2:11.6	second time in two years, the WHO has taken the extraordinary step of declaring a global emergency.
2:17.9	This time, the causes monkeypox, which is spread in just a few weeks outside of Africa to
