0:37.5	Yeah, you know, Vincent, this is really just transformed into the weekly twiv clinical update.
0:43.2	So we'll be sure to touch on everything. And my quotation, I think you will get

0:57.1	two on my list today, Vincent will be counting well past 100 because this is something that we've
1:03.6	been talking about. And now there's a tragedy. So just our update and we're going to be mostly
1:09.6	talking about COVID, but COVID deaths are back up to above 400 deaths per day per the New York Times
1:16.8	trackers. So that's that's about 3000 a week. That's 150,000 per year at this rate. So,
1:23.6	you know, I will point out that a surprise, this is surprising to me, but as surprising as this
1:28.9	seems, the majority of the people being hospitalized are still unvaccinated. I mean, where are we
1:35.2	getting these people? Where are they? Shocking that there are still so many unvaccinated people out
1:41.2	there right here in New York, a heavily vaccinated region. The majority of admissions are still among
1:47.0	the unvaccinated. The math with 10 times the rate of hospitalization for the unvaccinated needs
1:53.6	that until we get greater than 90% vaccinated, we're not going to see that turn around. It's still
1:58.4	going to be that that math. And let's get to the part where Vincent needs the count way past 100.
2:05.2	And this is really tragic. A case of paralytic polio myelitis was recent identified in an
2:12.4	individual right here. Rockland County, New York. The CDC is consulting with the New York State
2:19.7	Department of Health on this investigation. Sequencing performed by the Wadsworth lab, New York
2:28.2	State, DOH's public health lab and confirmed by the CDC shows that this was revertent polio
