And decided to bang out a show early this morning. I have a new video out, a new movie.

This new movie speaks to fitness entrepreneurs. I think that there's a lot of people in the fitness entrepreneur space hacking a lot of bull crap on Instagram right now.

And I kind of wanted to call them out. That they're putting in the work for their abs, their ass and their muscles.

But they're not putting in the work for their business. I was pretty proud of it. I hope you guys check that out.
