I'm just back from a tour of this great land of ours and I'm very tired,

but never too tired to talk for a little while with my friend, Dan Gabbare, about serial here on the empty bowl.

A meditative podcast about serial. This is going to be a relaxing time, a time for you to shut off your brain and just sort of meditate on serial.

Yeah, so this is probably the most exciting serial story that's happened since the last talk.

It is the grand confirmation of sorts of a timbit serial.

So being a midwesterner and having grown up only about an hour from the Canadian American border, I know a lot about Tim Hortons and timbits,

but how familiar are you with the chain and the famous donut hole?

Yeah, they have like a good run around here in this area for a while.

There's a local franchise that made a run at making Tim Hortons a thing.
