had me thinking about the media's role in perpetuating or encouraging, causing

polarization.

He's the co-founder of this group and Tim's in

here. I was hoping we could start by just talking about what your group is

doing. You've put out this really

interesting new study describing different kinds of Americans and the

different tribes they're in. But first, what is more in common? It's a new group.

What is it and who's funding it?

It's an organization that we've set up in the last couple of years to deal with

social fragmentation and polarization across the Western world. We came from doing initially some work on specific issues
