Yes, Malcolm. Turkey is a NATO ally of the United States, or is it? It's behaving rather bizarrely again.

Put it mildly.

And the United States fears that the massive military buildup

were seeing by Turkey signals preparations for incursion into Syria.

I know that Kurdish officials are urging the Trump administration

to head off an invasion.

Their urgent calls to stop Turkey from further aggression is, you know, they've been bombing the Kurds for a long time,

but now have more or less a free hand in Syria.

And Turkey now hosts Hamas, supports the hottest forces in Syria and wants to replace Iran

as the head of the new axis of the Volushiyai one, Sunni one.

And this is something that more and more people in the region are noticing.

At the same time, we're seeing the largest protests in a decade.

The stock market is very volatile after Mr. Erdogan, President Erdogan,

jailed the mayor of Istanbul, Imal Bhulhu, who is this top political rival. And tens of thousands

and last night hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets to demonstrate. This is

not going to go away. They've

threatened the people who've come out. I think 13 million people participated in this

mock election, asking even non-party members to vote to declare the struggle for democracy.

The supporters have protested across the country for

days, despite the bans, despite violence being used against them. The accusations are being brought
