or going to the mind to solve the mind. And I'm definitely like less reliant on my mind to help me

because it's led me down such a wrong path over the years. And I've certainly found that

dealing with sort of anxious thought patterns going to the body has helped me. And also like

embracing my own insignificance and death, which is stuff we didn't really cover in the main

episode. But I have found that that,

because you were talking a lot about how your OCD symptoms are based around responsibility

and preventing catastrophes.

And I really think I've got on top of my anxiety by going, you're going to die and you don't matter.
