Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the hump day edition of the yard. A lot to talk about today. A lot going on, shall we say. Big news, obviously, out of the city of Starkville. We'll get to that a little bit later in the show. There are a lot of things

I want to talk about today. The first and foremost is, again, programming note, today's show will air,

you know, I'm recording this midday, and then we'll record tomorrow night for your Friday show.

And by the time that you guys digest that, I'll be back into Mexico, and then we'll record a Monday show. And by the time that you guys digest that, I'll be back into Mexico and then we'll

record a Monday show at some point. And then I'm not sure if I'm coming back Tuesday or Wednesday,

but I'll let you know on Monday. Probably record you a show. I don't know. We'll see. We'll see

how things go.

But, yeah, you will get three shows this week and next week.

And I tell you this, too, you know, look at the numbers here.

The Boneyard had our biggest year ever last year.

It wasn't even close.

Boneyard continues to grow. And I shared years ago that you're being the

best friend your friends have when you retweet the show or you share it on Facebook.

Very, very proud of what we've been able to build here over the years. Sometimes it just blows

my mind how long I've been doing the show. I remember in the very beginning I was reluctant to do

the show to be quite honest with you.

Bulldog Sports Radio contacted me by doing a show, kind of specializing in recruiting,

and it kind of evolved over time. We used to do a 25-minute show. That's what it was,

25 minutes. I was still in Baton Rouge back then. Of course, I've been in Stargwell now almost nine

years. But for a couple of years there, are we doing this show over 10 years now? It's pretty

crazy. It was a 25-minute show. We had three advertisers then. We have four now. Of course,

we have those programmatic ads as well, but we've come a long way. And there's no point in me being here if you guys aren't listening. And so many of you have come to me at book signings or at a gas station or at a ballgame or wherever and said, you know what, hey, Steve, thanks for doing the show. There are a lot of people out there that live outside of the big maroon bubble that, you know, are able to depend on us to give them some news. And so I appreciate it. And probably the
