Welcome to beat the buzzer practice your pitch in 45 seconds so Jason we'd love to hear a little bit about you and then we can get the show started.

Thank you for the introduction and thank you guys.

I appreciate it so you know Jason Waller CEO power home solar also was a guest and one which aired on Amazon Prime and on Bloomberg and then this year I just filmed with David Meltzer all 12 episodes of season 2 where was a judge.

And there's a lot of fun going on on that show we get to hear several people pitch their product they get two minutes to pitch that and then we get to decide a winner who wins 50,000 dollars and a little bit about my entrepreneurship I built three companies from the ground up didn't finish traditional high school didn't go to college.

I had a kid in my teens with my wife was my high school sweetheart and we went through and built three companies this last company I've built from the ground up.

I had to sell my house that everything I ever made back into it didn't get paid for 22 months it's now 1800 employees it's on pace to do 750 million in sales this year.

And we made the ink 500 four times I've won some entrepreneur the year award so and I run a pretty cool podcast called 200 dog podcast we're hola and the yap team actually help me boost that to be a top five entrepreneur podcast three months in a row so bang.

Amazing love it and I want to welcome to stage our special guest Glenn Rootin we'd love to hear a little bit about you and we get the show in the road.

Thank you so much Carolyn I just put the tail end of what you're saying Jason and it sounded beyond fantastic to be here as a guest that hope that I can contribute.

I like to tell everybody that is out there struggling with their message that there is hope everybody to tell there that is in doubt about the way they're delivering their elevator pitch there is hope and I'm hoping that I can bring some of my experience and expertise in the category as a sales marketing consultant.

Who's been involved with fortune 500 companies over my career lots of startups as well entrepreneurship is in my blood I've been doing my own thing for 30 plus years and I sold to the biggest and the best including the Walmart's and targets universal studios Disney theme park so I'm hoping that I can lend some experience based on what I've done over the years pitch wise and strategy wise to people who are here.

Cool Caroline well I'm excited for this event because Jason is an amazing entrepreneur he's a CEO of powerful solar and he's got so much great advice and he's amazing.
