episode. Hey friends, welcome back. I told you last episode that we would dive back into Psalm 10 and answer that question. Why does it

seem sometimes that God is hiding? That when we're going through our times of trouble,

he's not there. And of course, we know that's not true. And the Psalmist knew that as well,

but why does it seem that way sometimes?

Before we answer that question, let's continue talking about the description, a description,

of these wicked people. It says in verse number eight, Psalm 10 in verse eight, he sitteth in the lurking places

of the villages. That's an ominous sounding sentence, isn't it? He sitteth in the lurking places

of the villages. In the secret places, doth he murder the innocent. His eyes are privily or privately set against the

poor. So have you ever been in a dark alley or been in an unfamiliar place or maybe got yourself

into the wrong side of the city? I remember as a teenager, I was with a friend

who actually lived in New York City and we took a subway and we got off at the wrong stop.

And I didn't know where I was. We came out of the subway stop and we were not in Kansas anymore.

It was really a dicey neighborhood.
