I'm Matt Forte here with my guy, Jason Romano, on Sports Spectrum,

and your favorite show, Tuesday morning running back,

of course. And man, we're on the heels of Thanksgiving week, which was a week full of,

you know, not just thankfulness, but, you know, full of football and a lot of changes around the league

if we want to, if we want to go there. So we'll give you a hint, I guess, what we're talking about. A lot of changes. A lot of. And then a lot of surprises from other people, but not me. I wasn't surprised. There were some surprises that other people were kind of astonished at, but not myself. But how was your Thanksgiving, Jason? Yeah, man, it was a good Thanksgiving. I got to spend it with family, got to watch football on Thursday and Friday, and be astonished, I'll say.

Because I think I texted you Friday around, oh, I don't know, 6.30 p.m. Eastern.

And I said, I'm astonished that the Chicago Bears actually did what you predicted they would do last week on Tuesday morning running back and go into Philly and shock the world, I think, was your words.

And that's exactly what they did.

And now your Chicago Bears, as we sit on December 2nd, 2025, Tuesday morning running back are the number one seed in the NFC. What in the world is going on?

What is happening? Yeah, the bears have stepped into this league and in this season in a way that they, you just see the growth that can come from a team in the first year

especially under a new head coach but also under the whole regime i'll say because it doesn't

just start with one person or one player on the field it takes everybody and. And, you know, what's amazing is that,

it's funny, you said, you know, I'm astonished at the Bears. And I texted back and I said,

I'm not. I know. That's exactly what you said. I'm expecting them to do this. But, you know,
