You know, the top end of the storm is going to bring us rain, but nothing like what they saw in western Maryland.

Parts of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia. That's where we still find flood warnings this morning because even though majority of today

will be dry there, they're getting heavy rain in pockets again by tonight.

Just not what they need. The rivers and creeks are at the brink.

Trencial rain leading to a flash flood emergency in western Maryland.

This is actually a road.

Up to two inches of rain per hour forcing rivers and streams over their banks and into the streets.

Certain part of Main Street, there was probably a foot and a half, two foot of water at one spot by the library.

Roads overrun.

Look at this. This is crazy.

More than 200 students and staff evacuated from several schools as floodwaters rose.

There was chaos everywhere. Everyone trying to panic and get their kids. Boats rescuing the stranded at an elementary school. You can see water approaching the second floor.

This dumpster bobbing in the strong water. Road closures separating families for hours.

As the mid-Atlantic and northeast battle heavy rain, three major wildfires raging in dry and hot Minnesota, up to 150 buildings now

destroyed.
