10 today in your copy of the Word of God. We're going to finish the chapter. These are shorter chapters. Hosea chapters 10, 11, 12,

13, and then 14, 13 being the longest. But remember, this is a section of the book of

Josea that is just reiterating the message of Hosea over a period of

decades and how God is willing to repeat himself. And if God is repeating something in our lives, we need to be paying attention to that.

Why? Because a repetition from the Lord is a mercy from the Lord. The fact that God is warning us,

the fact that God is repeating his warning, the fact that this takes place

over such a long swath of time is an indication of God's goodness. I think sometimes we look at the

Bible and we think, wow, judgment. God's just going to take care of them. But we have to put it into its time

context to realize that this happened over a long period of time when people just ignored,

ignored, ignored, and ignored the warnings of God. So remember, last episode, we talked about that divided heart.
