One of the most important sections of Galatians is the section that we're in right now

0:44.6

because we're really talking about the inner struggle that we believers have in the sense that we've

0:53.6

been saved and we have the Holy Spirit of God who now lives

0:57.3

inside of us, but there's a sense in which we've not been saved. And what I mean by that is

1:03.9

1:54.8

in one word, even in this, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

2:08.1

So interesting, and I've pointed this out in some messages and years gone by, but it's very interesting because a lawyer came to Jesus one day in Matthew 22 and asked him, what is the

2:14.9

greatest commandment in the law?

2:19.6

And Jesus said, well, love the Lord,

2:25.3

thy God, with all thy heart, soul, mind, and strength. You know, put love God first, and nobody would argue with that answer. And the second, Jesus said, is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as

2:31.5

thyself. On these two hang all the law of the prophets.
