Our top story today, the clock is ticking for Boeing and it's machinists who are on strike.

Boeing has given the machinists a time extension to consider its new contract offer.

The company made an offer yesterday and said it would expire Friday, which the union balked at.

They said Boeing disrespected the union by sending the offer directly to machinists in the media

without negotiating. Boeing now says it's giving the union more time to allow for a contract vote.

The new proposal includes a 30% pay raise over four years. Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell wants to
