It's Tuesday, September 23rd. A hard no to the Trump administration today. Washington's Secretary of State has denied a Trump administration request to hand over personal data from the state's voter rolls. Secretary Steve Hobbs says Washington will not deliver partial social security numbers, driver's license numbers, or full dates of birth. Hobbs says doing so would violate state and federal law.

However, Hobbs will provide data that's considered publicly disclosable, like someone's name, address, birth year, and voting history.

The federal justice department has asked for the voter data as part of its unfounded claims of widespread voter fraud.

The ABC Jimmy Kimmel debate is not over in Seattle.
