birthdays before we get to all those headlines. Jennifer Lawrence is 33 today. I can't believe she's

only 33. Joe Jonas is 34, Ben Affleck is 51, Anthony Anderson is 53, and Deborah Messing of

Will and Grace is 55 years old. Happy birthday, everybody. And on the state and music history 54

years ago today, I'm Deborah Messing's first birthday. It was day one of the Woodstock Music and

Art Fair Woodstock. Happy anniversary. As the poster said, it was three days of peace and music.

My wife's dad was there. The Grateful Dead, Santana, CCR, The Who, The Band, Crosby Sills

Nation, Young Jimmy Hendrix, Janice Joplin, and so many more. What a bill it was. It got started

this date in 1969.

Okay, we'll start with the top story. It's a big one. Late last night, news broke that former

president Trump has been indicted in Georgia. His fourth indictment in five months. He faces

13 counts here. This one is for election interference in Georgia. 18 others are included in the

indictment as well. That includes Rudy Giuliani and Trump's former White House chief staff,

Mark Meadows. Among the charges, Trump is being accused of leading a criminal enterprise to overturn

the election. There's a lot here. It's a 98 page indictment. Fanny Willis, the Fulton County

District Attorney leading the case said, quote, I make decisions based on the facts of the law.

The law is completely non-partisan. The former president, however, does not believe that he

released a statement last night saying the witch hunt continues. The DA said she plans to try

the defendants as a group. It's called RICO, RICO, which is originally created to fight organized

crime. She also said she'll be asking for a trial within six months.
